The best non-fiction book I've read in a long time. Full of expertise, well written, easy enough to understand for people who have not read anything about neuroscience, many new insights for those have.
If you want to learn more, you might be interested in "How Emotions Are Made" by the same author. It is far more effort to read, but should be ok, if you read the lessons first and liked them.
