Such a joyful, picturesque little book.
Of its time, there are several offhanded sexist comments which I might omit if I were reading it to a child but it certainly doesn’t dominate the story.
A brief, simplified retelling of the episode in "The Wind in the Willows" during which Mole returns to his home and, with help from Rat, entertains some young friends.
