I'm nobody important. I'm just now getting back into reading in the last few years and I mostly ready Fantasy and Science Fiction. Heavy emphasis on graphic novels, Christian Literature, Non-traditional fantasy settings I love. I also read programming language books and business management books because I'd like to have a successful business at some point or at least be good a managing resources. Currently on a gaming hiatus until the latter happens. I listen to audiobooks often (Wishlist at: libro.fm/wishlist/1384814).

The main character is still not developing into a sensible individual. There are hints of him being shocked out of his foolishness by his hero but the setup is such that the wisdom of his hero is clouded by the dark foreboding of the hero so it's not clear if they're setting this up for the advice's dismissal. It's honestly frustrating to watch and not in a good way.
